City Heights Homewood, formerly Olympia Village Apartments, is a 278-unit apartment community located at 423 Olympia Drive, off Robert Jemison Road in Homewood. The complex was constructed in 1976.
In 2018 the recently-renovated property was sold to FM Capital of Hollywood, Florida. In 2021 SB Pacific Group of Berkeley, California sold the property to a joint venture of Tamrak Management of Pomona, New York and Northway Equities of Cedarhurst, New York for $17.8 million. The new owners planned to upgrade interior finishes and construct a new clubhouse and fitness center, a second swimming pool, and a playground.
