Riverchase Landing is a 468-unit apartment complex off River Haven Drive in Hoover. The complex was constructed between 1984 and 1992. Its units average 1,594 square feet. Additional features include three swimming pools and a pair of tennis courts. The roads within the complex are known as River Haven Lane and River Haven Circle.
In January 2012, the complex was acquired by Massachusetts-based Colony Hills Capital LLC for $28 million, making it the company's first Alabama apartment complex. They sold it for $39.2 million to a group including ApexOne Investment Partners, Balfour Beatty Communities and Torchlight Investors in 2018. Balfour Beatty announced plans to upgrade interior and exterior finishes and amenities.
