I see that photo on Flickr shows him wearing goalie gloves and holding a goalie stick, but notice the lack of leg pads. My memory is that he was not specifically a goalie, but just a regular player. My mother -- part of the B'ham Bulls booster club -- always referred to him as "Paul the Bull". I believe that was because the man under the mask's name was really Paul, but I don't know if that was his official name or not. Mascot
I see that photo on Flickr shows him wearing goalie gloves and holding a goalie stick, but notice the lack of leg pads. My memory is that he was not specifically a goalie, but just a regular player. My mother -- part of the B'ham Bulls booster club -- always referred to him as "Paul the Bull".
