2317 3rd Avenue North, sometimes called The Bird's Nest, is a two-story, 28,000 square-foot brick commercial building located on Block 82 at 2317 3rd Avenue North in downtown Birmingham.
In 1964 the building was used by the Third Avenue Parking Service.
In 2019 Featheringill Capital purchased the building from Pottersville LLC for $2.58 million. The property includes three adjacent parking lots with a total of 72 spaces.
