The Downtown YMCA is a large fitness and recreation facility located at 2101 4th Avenue North, on the southeast corner of the intersection with 21st Street North. The 59,494 square-foot modernist style building was designed by KPS Group and completed in 1984. The facility opened in 1985.
Terri Harvill was named executive director of the Downtown YMCA in early 2022.
The YMCA building was listed for sale in October 2022.
