The 2008 Mountain Brook municipal election was held in Mountain Brook to elect the Mayor of Mountain Brook and fill two open seats on the five-member Mountain Brook City Council. The non-partisan at-large election took place in August 2008.

- Terry Oden (incumbent, unopposed), elected to a fourth term

- Tom Clark: (incumbent, withdrew in July)
