The Ether Dogs were a Birmingham-based punk band formed in 1981 by Tim Boykin, Clay Jones, Will Platt, Al Naff, and Jerry Weldon. Later members included Richard Pryor and Phil from DC.
The group played regular shows at The Cavern on Morris Avenue, and also toured around the South before disbanding around 1985.
