2200–2202 2nd Avenue North is a 1-story commercial building constructed around 1904 on the southwest corner of Block 83, northeast of the intersection of 2nd Avenue North and 22nd Street North.

The brown brick building is divided into three bays on the facade, which is trimmed with carved limestone corbels and pediment.
