Taproot Cafe is a restaurant opened by Reggie and Michelle Torbor in 2021 at the Shoppes at Hwy 150 Crossings. Michelle's brother, Eric Myers, manages the business.

The cafe specializes in simple sandwiches, salads and smoothies which feature locally-sourced produce from Hamm Farms, Smitherman Farms, and Ireland Farms, bread from Birmingham Breadworks, and honey from the the Eastaboga Bee Co.
