Curtis Bell (born 1962; died August 2020) was a long-time blues disc jockey at WATV-FM.

Bell graduated from Hayes High School in 1980 and got his start as a DJ at skating rinks before going to work at WBUL-AM. He also worked at WENN-AM, where he was mentored by John Ray, and at WJLD-AM, before starting at WATV, where he earned the nickname "Blues Boy".

Bell was inducted into the Alabama Blues Hall of Fame in 2018. He suffered from cerebral palsy and died in 2020.
