Corretti Catering is a catering business owned by Ken Effinger and his wife Rebecca Corretti. It was founded in 1995 and caters large events for hospitals, banks, law firms and utilities. The business currently employs about 20 workers.

In 2002 Coretti Catering acquired the Carraway-Davie House on Old Overton Road which it uses for its catering kitchen and operates as a conference center. In 2008 they bought the Florentine Building in downtown Birmingham and began developing plans to convert the upper floor into a banquet hall and to launch a casual italian restaurant on the ground floor.
