15th Avenue South is a street in Birmingham's Southside.

15th Avenue South begins at 12th Street South northeast of Glen Iris Park. The street jogs slightly north at 13th Place South and again at 15th Street South. The street continues until it turns a full 90° onto 18th Street South. 15th Avenue South picks up again further north and crosses 20th Street South and Richard Arrington, Jr Boulevard South. On the east, 15th Avenue terminates at 21st Way South, parallel to the Elton B. Stephens Expressway. It formerly continued along what is now Arlington Crescent to Arlington Avenue.
