The 2010 Birmingham Barons was the 25th Birmingham Barons team to play for the Chicago White Sox organization in the AA Southern League, the 23rd to play at Regions Park in Hoover, the fourth to take the field under the ownership of Don Logan and his sons, and the second to be managed by Ever Magallanes.
