The 2010 Mountain Brook municipal election will be held in Mountain Brook to fill three open seats on the five-member Mountain Brook City Council. The non-partisan at-large election is scheduled to take place on August 24, 2010, with runoffs if needed.
City Council
Place 1
- Amy Carter, 1,927 votes (35.6%) in general election, 53% in runoff, winner
- Temple Tutwiler, 2,301 votes (42.4%) in general election, 47% runoff
- Frank Galloway, 1,190 votes (21.9%)
- incumbent Bob Moody did not stand for reelection.
Place 3
- Billy Pritchard (incumbent), 2,828 votes (52.3%), winner
- Cornelia LaRussa, 2,582 votes (47.7%)
Place 5
- Jesse Vogtle (incumbent), 2,827 votes (52.2%), winner
- Rick Sprague, 2,502 votes (46.2%)
- Mark Roberts, 89 votes (1.6%)
