5 Points East is a 17,000 square-foot shopping center located at 1616–1630 Crestwood Boulevard, at the eastern end of Montclair Road and the southern end of 16th Street South in Irondale, across from Hamburger Heaven. It was constructed in the 1960s.

The center was acquired by an affiliate of Shannon Waltchack in 2014 for $930,000. They sold it to Attic Plus Storage owner Courtland Davis in January 2021 for $1.45 million.
