Airport Highlands is a neighborhood in Birmingham's Airport Hills community. It abuts the North East Lake neighborhood across East Lake Boulevard to the south; the Zion City neighborhood across Zion City Road on the east; and Brownsville Heights across Airport Road to the west and 90th Place North on the north.
The neighborhood is represented in Birmingham City Council District 4. Students in the neighborhood attend Robinson Elementary School, Martha Gaskins Middle School, and Huffman High School. There are no public buildings or parks in the neighborhood.
