Alabama State Highway 151 is a short connector in Pinson. Designated a state highway in 1999, the less than 1-mile stretch of undivided four-lane highway connects Alabama State Highway 79 with Alabama State Highway 75. Though designated a north-south route, it truly runs east-west. There are no intersections with any roads except for the intersections with Highway 75 to the south (east) and Highway 79 in the north (west). It continues west as Narrows Road.

Highway 151 parallels Turkey Creek, which lies to the north, and crosses its tributary, Beaver Creek, just east of Highway 79.

The Carson Filter Plant of the Birmingham Water Works is located on Highway 151.
