The Arlington Building is a 2-story. 9,763 square-foot modern-style office building located at 2225–2235 Arlington Avenue, just off Highland Avenue, in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood. It was constructed before 1957 and originally housed mainly dentists' and physicians' offices.
The front parking lot of the building cuts into a slope at the lower level, while diagonal parking alongside 22nd Street South has level access to the building's second floor external walkway.
The Arlington Building is managed by Dobbins-Harvill Realty Co.
