Arthur Patton Teele, III (born 1977 in Birmingham) is Chief Magistrate for the City of Birmingham and an adjunct professor at Miles College.

Teele is the son of the late Arthur E. Teele, Jr, a long time politician and lawyer in South Florida, and the late Celestra Patton Teele a medical provider in the department of anesthesia at UAB Medical Center.

Teele graduated from Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida, and completed his Juris Doctorate at Miles Law School in Fairfield.

In February 2009 Teele married social worker Jennifer Chappell.
