The Avondale Bricks Building is a one-story retail row located at 130 41st Street South in downtown Avondale. The building was owned for a long time by Franks Brothers Cabinet Works. It was sold in 2006 and is currently being renovated into seven 1,600 square foot office condominiums by Clint Choate of Birmingham and David and Laura Kessler of Gadsden.
