Reverend B. Davie Napier (born July 12, 1915 in Kuling (Kushan), China - died February 24, 2007 in Claremont, California) was a minister and activist who served as president of the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California.

Napier was born to missionaries in China, living there and in Kobe, Japan before moving to Birmingham, where he graduated from Howard College.

He went on to earn a masters and doctorate from Yale (in 1939 and 1944) and was ordained a congregational minister. In 1942 he married Joy White, with whom he had two children, John and Anne.
