The Belle Vista Mobile Home Park is a 27-acre mobile home park off of Pelham Parkway in Pelham. It serves about 137 mobile homes.

The property was purchased from the Gilliam Construction Company by the city of Pelham in 2011 for $3.1 million. The city plans to use the site as a public park and expects to end all leases before August 2015.
