The Ben Erdreich townhouse is a residence located at 2309 2nd Avenue North in downtown Birmingham. The new building was designed for former Congressman Ben Erdreich and his wife Ellen by their son Jeremy Erdreich. It was constructed on a former parking lot in 2008 and features a sleek, contemporary style and numerous "green" elements, making it an early example of new sustainable residential development in Birmingham.
