Bessemer Place Apartments, formerly Flint Hill Pointe is a 136-unit apartment community located at at 600 Flint Hill Lane in Bessemer. It was constructed in 1997.

Wynridge Apartments of Chattanooga, Tennessee acquired the property in 2015 for $3.3 million. An affiliate of Welden Field purchased the complex in 2022 for $9.3 million.
