Robert Carson "Bob" Barnes (born c. 1931, died November 10, 2023 in Columbia, South Carolina) was a Baptist pastor. A Birmingham native he graduated from Howard College and received the master of divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He was ordained in 1952 and became pastor of Centreville Baptist Church in 1958. He later served as pastor of San Jose Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida, and Dutch Fork Church in Irmo, South Carolina.

He returned to Birmingham to become pastor of Raleigh Avenue Baptist Church in Homewood and later served as minister to senior adults at First Baptist Church of Birmingham, also in Homewood.
