Bridlewood is a small neighborhood in Birmingham's East Pinson Valley community. It is located along a bend in Carson Road crossing the Tarrant Spring Branch. The neighborhood abuts Echo Highlands to the northwest and Killough Springs to the south. The city of Center Point surrounds Bridlewood on three sides.

The neighborhood is represented in Birmingham City Council District 1. Students in the neighborhood attend Huffman Academy, Smith Middle School, and Huffman High School.

The Bridlewood Neighborhood Association meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the East Pinson Valley Recreation Center on the campus of Jefferson State Community College. Eleanor Burks is the neighborhood president.
