The Brooks Firm is a law firm wit offices at 2705 4th Avenue South in Birmingham. Attorneys of the firm include Hycall Brooks III and Toni Braxton.

In December 2007 Langford won the Council's approval to retain the firm to represent the city. The firm will charge the city $200-250 an hour with a cap of $150,000 per year. Campbell, Gidiere, Lee, Sinclair and Williams and Tiffany Johnson were also hired under the same terms.
