Cahaba Park Church is a Presbyterian church founded as a daughter church of Covenant Presbyterian Church with its first services held September 9, 2007. In 2008 Cahaba Park Church particularized and became a member church of the Presbyterian Church in America. The pastor since its inception is Murray Lee.

Cahaba Park Church originally met at Mountain Brook High School. In 2014 it purchased the Carraway-Davie House near Liberty Park from Corretti Catering and renovated it as its new worship center. An additional 20 acres was purchased for future growth of the church.
