The Caldwell Mill Road bridge over Little Shades Creek is a road bridge carrying Caldwell Mill Road (Jefferson County Road 29) over Little Shades Creek between Wynward Road and Caldwell Mill Trace in Mountain Brook's Shady Brook Estates subdivision.

The former bridge was damaged by storms related to Hurricane Opal in 1995. A single-lane replacement was installed soon afterward. Gresham Smith was commissioned to design a permanent replacement in 2017. The new two-lane bridge is designed to accommodate heavy loads and includes a pedestrian walkway and stone facings.
