The Capri on Caldwel (also called Capri Condominiums) is an 8-story, 48-unit contemporary-style condominium tower constructed facing 27th Place South between Caldwell Avenue and Niazuma Avenue, near Highland Avenue in Birmingham's Southside.

The project sits on the former site of the Capri Apartments. The $40 million project was developed by Euro American Advisors of Tampa, Florida and constructed by B. L. Harbert International. Construction began in October 2005 and was completed in September 2007.

Units range from 1,100 to 3,300 square feet and have from 1 to 3 bedrooms. They are priced from the upper $400,000s to over $1.2 million. Each unit has a terrace equipped for a gas grill. The development is built on top of its own multi-level secured parking garage. A fitness center and club room give access to a communal terrace with a swimming pool.
