The Capri on Caldwell (also called Capri Condominiums) is an 8-story, 48-unit contemporary-style condominium tower constructed facing 27th Place South between Caldwell Avenue and Niazuma Avenue, near Highland Avenue in Birmingham's Southside.

The project sits on the former site of the Capri Apartments. The $40 million project was developed by Euro American Advisors of Tampa, Florida and constructed by B. L. Harbert International. Construction began in October 2005 and was completed in September 2007.

Units range from 1,100 to 3,300 square feet and have from 1 to 3 bedrooms. They are priced from the upper $400,000s to over $1.2 million. Each unit has a terrace equipped for a gas grill. A fitness center and club room give access to a communal terrace with a swimming pool.

The 8 floors of living space are built on top of a two-level secure parking garage, giving the building a total of 10 floors when viewed from Niazuma Avenue.

In February 2008 the limited partnership controlled by Euro American Advisors filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Creditors included Red Mountain Bank and BLHI.
