Carolyn Burgess Featheringill (born c. 1947 in Huntsville, Madison County) is an attorney and former law professor. She is the widow of entrepreneur Bill Featheringill, who died in 2012.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in 1969 and graduated from law school at the University of Virginia.
