Center Court Apartments was a 13-building apartment complex located at 109 5th Avenue Southwest in North Titusville, just north of the Titusville Library and Westminster Presbyterian Church.
The complex became vacant in the early 2010s and was demolished in 2019 for the Fifth and Center affordable housing complex developed by Navigate Affordable Housing Partners. The non-profit commissioned David Baker Architects to lead a community-driven process to guide redevelopment.
