Center Point Plaza is a 106,511-square foot shooping center located on a 14.74 acre site at 2415 Center Point Parkway at the intersection of 25th Avenue Northeast.

The adjacent Bama 6 cinema opened in 1983. It closed in 1998 and was later demolished. The shopping center underwent significant renovations in 2007 and 2008.

In December 2008 the property was sold for $2.4 million from Plaza Caillou LLC of Arizona to an Atlanta, Georgia investor.

Center Point Plaza's parking lot is the terminus for the city's annual Christmas parade.
