Charles Cook born Jan 15th 1971 is an African American entrepreneur in the filed of real estate. Mr. Cook came from Detroit Michigan in the year of 1996 to the great state of Alabama to pursue great dreams of owning a company. In the year of 2001 Mr. Cook set out to revitalize the city of Birmingham by purchasing foreclosed properties and bringing them up to city and state code. Mr. Cook made it a point to purchase one to two homes per year and he has since purchased ten (10) homes and a apartment complex all while revitalizing the city. His dream of owning his own company has come true with the opening of AC Real Properties LLC. Mr. Cook often holds seminars to encourage others to purchase homes and become landlords due to there is a great need to have adequate housing for all.  Mr. Cook current net worth now is Five Hundred Thousand ($5000.00) annually.

He came to Birmingham from Detroit, Michigan in 1996. He began rehabilitating housing here in 2001 and established his company in 2008. He also hosts seminars on home buying and renting.
