Medenica's sketch for the statue

The Charles Linn statue is a portrait statue of Charles Linn commissioned from Branko Medenica for installation at Linn Park in 2013.

The statue was commissioned by the Alabama-Mississippi Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in honor of their campaign chairman, Arthur Henley, a descendent of Linn. Based on an oil portrait hanging in the Linn-Henley Research Library, the full-size bronze statue will depict the banker and industrialist with his hand resting on a short column with relief panels illustrating episodes from his life and career.
