Charles Sullivan Perkins (born September 9, 1905 in Ensley – died May 25, 1988 in Salem, Oregon) was a pitcher for the 1930 Philadelphia Athletics and 1934 Brooklyn Dodgers.

A graduate of Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, Perkins debuted for the Athletics on June 27, 1930. In his short career he recorded 3 losses and a 7.50 ERA with 20 strikeouts in 19 appearances. He played his last Major League game on May 24, 1934, after which he was sold to Buffalo of the International League.
