Chelsea Crossings is a strip mall at 16054 U.S. Highway 280 in Chelsea across from the city's Wal-Mart Supercenter. It was completed in March 2007 and features 37,850-square-feet of retail space. The center was built for $6.5 million. The mall was developed and is owned by MAP Development, LLC. Sherrod Building Company was the primary contractor.
