Command Alkon is a Birmingham-based private company providing software products and services to the aggregate, ready mixed, concrete, asphalt, cement and block industries. It was founded in 1976 by Ken Robinson as the Alkon Corporation, and took its present name after merging with Command Data, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio in 2000. Phil Ramsey succeeded Robinson as president and CEO in 2005. Martin Willoughby took over from Ramsey in 2021.
