The Corporate Realty Companies are a group of related companies engaged in commercial property development. The group has developed or managed more than 150 properties in the Birmingham metro area. The group is made up of Corporate Realty Associates, a full service commercial real estate firm; Corporate Realty Management, which handles property management; Corporate Realty Development, which develops new properties, and One Residential, a residential real estate office. Robert Simon heads each division.

Corporate Realty Development

Corporate Realty Development specializes in site development, licensing and permitting, and construction management. Partners include Geoff Golden, Chris Giattina and Brian Giattina. Brian Wolfe and Helen Wilkey round out the team. Their offices are located at 1904 1st Avenue North.
