The Corporate Realty Companies are a group of related companies engaged in commercial property development. The group has developed or managed more than 150 properties in the Birmingham metro area. The group is made up of Corporate Realty Associates, a full service commercial real estate firm; Corporate Realty Management, which handles property management; Corporate Realty Development, which develops new properties, and One Residential, a residential real estate office.

Corporate Realty Development

Corporate Realty Development specializes in site development, licensing and permitting, and construction management. The president is Jimmy Holloway. Other partners include Robert Simon, Geoff Golden, Chris Giattina and Brian Giattina. Brian Wolfe and Helen Wilkey round out the team. Their offices are located at 1904 1st Avenue North.

Corporate Realty Development is actively developing several downtown projects, including the Standard at Midtown, redevelopment of the former Roger's Army Navy Store building for advertising company Intermark Group, and a two-phase proposal for block 121, just south of the Daniel Building, which would start with a $24 million full-service Hyatt Place hotel and retail shops, scheduled for a September 2008 opening, and later add a high-rise mixed use building.

Corporate Realty is also working on a new residential community adjacent to the Oxmoor Valley golf course to be called Oxmoor Ridge.
