It began meeting on [[September 13]], [[2009]] at [[South Shades Crest Elementary School]] and later moved to [[Deer Valley Elementary School]]. It met there until [[2017]] when the [[Hoover School Board]] stopped it from meeting at the school. It then began meeting at  [[Lake Crest Presbyterian Church]] and purchased the building from from the congregation in [[2021]].

Cross Creek Church is a Presbyterian church affiliated with the Presbyterian Church in America. It is located at 560 Lake Crest Drive in Hoover. It began meeting on September 13, 2009 at South Shades Crest Elementary School and later moved to Deer Valley Elementary School. It met there until 2017 when the Hoover School Board stopped it from meeting at the school. It then began meeting at Lake Crest Presbyterian Church and purchased the building from from the congregation in 2021.

Previously, in 2017 it purchased 11.5 acres near the intersection of Highway 150 and Ross Bridge Parkway for potential future development.
