David G. Dionne (born 1957) is the executive director of Red Mountain Park.

Dionne earned his bachelor of science in wild lands administration at West Virginia University in 1979. He has worked for several non-profits. In 1987 he became the superintendent of Baltimore and Annapolis Trail Park and was later promoted to Chief of Trails and Natural Areas for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He has also served as chairman of the national board for the East Coast Greenways Alliance.

Dionne came to Birmingham in 2008 to oversee the development of the Red Mountain Park.
