Donald Thomas Lomax (born May 5, 1949) is a driver for the Birmingham Jefferson County Transit Authority and a candidate for Mayor of Birmingham in the 2017 Birmingham municipal election.

Lomax graduated from Ullman High School in 1967 and has earned degrees in business and finance at Cleveland State University in 1981 and Talladega College in 1994. He began working as a MAX bus driver in 2006.
