The Dream Center is a planned health clinic and mission outreach of the Church of the Highlands to be housed in the former Eastern Health Center at 5720 1st Avenue South and the adjacent historic Birmingham Fire Station No. 10.

The property was purchased from the Jefferson County Health Department for $300,000 and an additional $500,000 was budgeted for renovations. The former county health clinic will be modernized and re-used as a medical clinic by the non-profit Christ Health Center. The fire station will be completely renovated to house all of the church's outreach missions.
