Ed Fields (born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is a former vice president of business development for the Birmingham Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Fields earned a bachelor's degree in marketing at Alabama State University and has a master's in business administration from the Manderson Graduate School of Business at the University of Alabama. He has been active in the spoken word poetry scene in Birmingham and has worked as a DJ for a jazz station in Montgomery.

He is married to Cherie Fields. Together they run Projects Unlimited, a firm which offers management and administrative services to associations.
