Eddleman and has been recognized as "Developer of the Year" (1999) from the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders.
The company's offices are located in the Mountain Brook Center at 2700 Highway 280. Eddleman also owns and manages the Mountain Brook Center building. In 2019 Eddleman Properties acquired the 179-acre Hargis Retreat in Chelsea from the YMCA of Greater Birmingham.
