Ensley Highlands is a neighborhood in Birmingham's Ensley community, located north of Warrior Road and south of I-20/59, between Belview Heights on the west and Fairview and Bush Hills on the east. Ensley-Five Points West Avenue crosses the neighborhood.

Ensley Highlands was developed and marketed by the Jemison Real Estate & Insurance Company in the early 1900s.

Exchange Park (formerly Shadyside Park) and Harris Park (John McMahon Park) are located in the neighborhood.

The Ensley Highlands Neighborhood Association meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at the Five Points West Library on Avenue W.
