The Entrepreneurial Center was a business incubator owned by the City of Birmingham. It opened before 1994 in what is now the Pack Health Building on Block 91 at 110 12th Street North.

Beginning in 2001 the Entrepreneurial Center also managed UAB's Office for the Advancement of Developing Industries (OADI). Other participating agencies included Jefferson County, and the Birmingham Business Assistance Network, the Birmingham Business Resource Center.

In 2007 the center and OADI relocated to the new Innovation Depot on 1st Avenue North between 12th and 13th Streets. The building was sold to engineering firm Gallet & Associates for $2 million.
