Ervin Philemon Hill Sr (born c. 1948) is a retired Birmingham City Schools teacher and coach.
Hill has an associates degree in vocational education from UAB. He was an unsuccessful candidate for the Birmingham Board of Education, District 6 in the 2009 election. He ran again for the same seat in the 2013 and 2017 Birmingham municipal elections.
